Orange Belt for George
George proudly wears his newly attained Orange Belt after successfully passing his grading.
A big congratulations to George Rimmer of Sennen Karate Club, pictured with his classmates, who this past Friday was presented with his Orange Belt and certificate after successfully passing his karate grading. George has been training really well and had accumulated the hours required to go for his grading, which in ordinary circumstances would of taken place at a dedicated grading event but due to COVID restrictions this currently wasn’t possible.
So instead George was subjected to an intense few weeks where he would be watched closely during class to determine whether he was at the standard required to pass his exam. Club Instructors Luke Jackson and Denzil Searle were both impressed with George’s overall standard and the amount of effort and understanding he continues to show each week.
Well done George! Very well deserved, keep up the good work!!
